The mission of Cooperstown Youth Baseball is to provide the optimal opportunity for our children to develop character, respect for others, respect for the game, learn life lessons, learn the game of softball and baseball, and to enjoy themselves in the process. 

Vision Statement

The vision of Cooperstown Youth Baseball is to provide this experience through a board solely committed to the Mission.  We do this through developing the finest, safest, most enjoyable facilities possible; and recruiting and training coaches committed to coaching skills, strategy and fair play, through Positive Coaching Alliance principles and training.
